BBQ Chicken Pizza on Cauliflower Crust

Oh my gosh! This was delicious. I know people say this about healthy foods and you think "yeah right," but cauliflower crust is so similar to regular pizza crust and a lot healthier. To make this even healthier I found a Whole 30 approved BBQ sauce on Pinterest from the blog Radiate Food Vibes. Of course you can use your favorite BBQ sauce but be careful because some of them have a lot of added sugar and carbs. I used a pre-made cauliflower crust that I found at Sprouts that just made this even easier to make. I used cilantro and red onion on this pizza as well, but you can change it up and add whatever you like! My boyfriend devoured this pizza and had no idea that it was a healthy pizza. I hope you enjoy this quick, easy and delicious recipe!

  • BBQ sauce (1/2-1 cup)
  • Cooked, shredded chicken (1 1/2 cups)
  • 4-5 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/2 of a red onion sliced into slivers
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped, use as much as you'd like for topping
  • pre-made cauliflower crust

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. smear BBQ sauce on pizza crust
  3. place provolone cheese on crust
  4. mix your chicken with some BBQ sauce then top on pizza
  5. place sliced red onion on pizza
  6. bake for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
  7. top with cilantro

Easy & delicious!

    1. Yaaasss, you know I had to figure out a way I could still eat pizza, haha!

  2. Looks great to me! The only thing I would change is the cilantro. I hear you love it or you hate it. I don't love it, so . . .

    1. It'd be good without cilantro as well! I am one of those that love it lol!

  3. My daughter is Gluten-Free and would love this pizza recipe! Thanks for sharing.
