Fast, Easy and Healthy Chicken Curry

When I say this is fast, easy and delicious, I mean it! This is one of my favorite recipes to make on a weeknight. This has so much flavor for such a simple recipe. You can make this more spicy or less spicy depending on what you like, just add more or less cayenne pepper. Also I added the chicken bullion, which isn't healthy but it makes everything taste so much better! You can use a rotisserie chicken or whatever chicken you prefer, I just had chicken breasts so that is what I used for this recipe. To make this even healthier serve over cauliflower rice! Hope you enjoy!
